Here is our current Beef Dry Aging available for Bulk/Freezer Beef

Current Freezer Beef – For Custom Cutting:

1) 518 pounds Hang Weight – USDA Inspected – 21 day dry age

Beef Half $4.20 per pound Hang Weight = $1087.80

Beef Quarter $4.20 per pound Hang Weight + $35 split Fee = $578.90

Beef Eighth $4.20 per pound Hang Weight + $55 split Fee = $326.95

 

2) 582 pounds Hang Weight – USDA Inspected – 21 day dry age

Beef Half $4.20 per pound Hang Weight = $1222.20

Beef Quarter $4.20 per pound Hang Weight + $35 split Fee = $646.10

Beef Eighth $4.20 per pound Hang Weight + $55 split Fee = $360.55

    Thank you so much for the hard work you put into the excellent meat you produce. My husband and I bought your sausage, bacon and burgers in September and I am making another trip this weekend for more! I am so happy to be able to eat meat that was raised humanely! It is on a whole other level of taste- loved it!

    Just found out about your website! It looks great. We appreciate the friendly greetings everytime that we had made purchases at your stall both at Vanderbilt and Nashville farmers market. The meats that are provided are really good quality, organic, and flavourful after preparation. We would recommend this to all who are interested.

    havent ordered from you lately but would like to. I would like some information on how to order a half beef and how long it would take. Also do you offer bulk pork–1/2 also? Thanks for your delicious meat.
